This modular open transport trolley exists
both in ISO dimensions (600 x 400 mm) and in
double DIN dimensions (600 x 600 mm). At the
use of the double DIN version doubles
the capacity per level if the setting DIN
transport baskets or trays.
The standard height of 1500 mm allows to
to look above the cart during transport.

❱❱❱ Hygiene
At the bottom, the open Stericart transport trolleys are fitted with a bottom plate that slopes down from the center. This protects the transported goods against splashing moisture or dirt. This X-bottom plate also ensures that no water can remain behind during the washing and drying process.
❱❱❱ Wash tunnel resistant
By choosing high-quality, non-corrosive materials and components,
the Belintra open Stericart can be cleaned in the washing tunnel.
The stainless steel AISI 304 body, as well as the polyamide guides and wheels have been tested for
wash tunnel resistance.
❱❱❱ Unique handles
The characteristic yellow Belintra handles do not get as hot as stainless steel during it
wash and thus the user can safely grasp the open Stericart at the end of
the process.
The double handles are placed vertically on both sides so that they are ergonomic
can be used by both smaller and larger employees.

The guides are made of plastic. In contrast to guides in stainless steel, this high-quality plastic ensures smooth guiding and a strong noise reduction when sliding stainless steel transport baskets or trays and plastic in and out
modules. The polyamide also dampens sound during transport.
The conductors have a built-in stop function at both ends. Each open Stericart is equipped with 10 pairs of guides, resulting in 9 usable positions.

In the 600 x 600 mm version, two DIN transport baskets or trays can be placed next to each other per level
to become. This doubles the capacity per level up to a maximum of 18 DIN sets. Alternatively, 600 x 600
transport trays and ISO transport baskets and trays are used, as well as modular ISO PC and ABS modules
for consumables in the same open transport cart.

Due to the functional height of 1500 mm, employees can still look above the transport trolley. The high pivotability of the wheels guarantees smooth handling.
The open sides facilitate access from both sides, which is certainly interesting in case of double placement per level
