First-class performance at a great price. With its short heating and sealing times, the compact MELAseal 100+ sealing device ensures safe and fast procedures in instrument packaging.
The MELAseal 100+ combines the advantages of its predecessors, the MELAseal 100 and the MELAseal 101 in one device. Efficiency, reliability and ease of use. After a short preheating time of approximately 2 minutes, the films can be sealed without a break and with a weld seam width of 10 mm (EN 868-5 requires a minimum width of only 6 mm). The new electronics tests the sealing time and the sealing temperature, while an optical and acoustic signal sounds in the event of a deviation. The infinitely variable thermostat allows the use of packages from different manufacturers.
During sealing, bags can be cut to the desired length with the integrated cutting device from a roll (e.g. MELAfol) and processed much more cheaply than with ready-to-use foil bags.
