Shipping & returns

How fast will my order be delivered?

We supply an important part of the range from stock. We use a standard shipping of 1-3 business days. Of course we try to ship orders placed before 2:00 pm on the same working day. The order will then be delivered 1-2 days later by the courier service to the specified delivery address within Belgium. If a product is not in stock, you will receive a message from us.

Can I also have ordered items delivered to a different address?

Yes, it is possible to have the order delivered to a different address. You can indicate this during the order procedure at the delivery address. You can change this per order compared to the standard delivery address.

Is it possible to deliver an order at a later time?

Yes that is possible. During the ordering process, indicate in the "comments" section from which day you wish to receive the order. In the meantime, we keep the order “in custody”.

What happens to my order if I am not present?

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will offer the order to the neighbors. The delivery person will leave a message to which neighbors the order has been delivered. If the neighbors are not present, the delivery person will leave a message stating when the second delivery will take place.

My order is delivered in parts. Do I pay more shipping costs?

No. When you have ordered the items in one go, you only pay shipping costs once. We do try to deliver the order in one go.

You have an urgent order, can it be delivered today?

Returns

Displeased? You can return your order within 14 days.

Returns are easy. Drop off the package at a parcel point and send it to our returnaddress BParklaan 46-126 - 2300 Turnhout (BE). A number of conditions apply:

Check whether you want to return the item within 14 days of receipt.
Make sure the items are undamaged and in the original packaging.
Put the items back in the same box you took it from.
Make sure the box is closed.
The risk and costs of the return shipment are for your own account.

How does the return process work?

You register the return via email ([email protected]) and send the package back to us. Upon receipt, we will assess the returned products and you will receive a credit invoice.
