What to do in case of a complaint?
It is important that you report an unpleasant experience directly to our employee or customer service. We are there for you and are open to a conversation. This can be done by telephone, chat, e-mail or by creating a ticket in your customer account.
What happens with my complaint?
After receiving your complaint, our complaints officer will contact you as soon as possible. We will see if we can find a solution together.
You will immediately hear what the next steps are. We will also register the complaint and start a cause investigation. After completion of this, you will receive a motivated response.
Complaints are important learning moments for us that we want to use as much as possible to improve our quality and the relationship with you.
