The Sterisystem® transport trolley has been developed in such a way that no residual moisture remains after drying. The plastic runners are also wash tunnel resistant *. In contrast to guides in stainless steel, the high-quality plastic ensures smooth guidance and a strong noise reduction when sliding stainless steel transport baskets or trays and plastic modules in and out. The plastic guides also protect packaged sets against perforations and have a sound-absorbing effect during transport.

The doors of this stainless steel transport trolley swing open 270 ° and are magnetically clicked on the side walls when open. This makes the car easily accessible. The high model allows you to look above the car during transport. The low model can also be used as a case cart with sterile field in the OR.

The high carriage is equipped as standard with 18 pairs of plastic guides and the low carriage with 11 pairs. Due to the large number of positions, the filling can be done optimally without losing useless space. The closed, wash tunnel-resistant stainless steel Stericarts are manufactured on the basis of the double DIN standard 300 x 600 mm, with the idea of being able to use 2 DIN positions one after the other. The 50 mm extra depth in the back means that this transport cart can also be used for the sterile transport of slightly longer sets.
This Belintra Sterisystem® features closed Stericart itself through the yellow plastic guides, bumpers, push handles and handle.
The low model (1100 mm) can be used as a sterile field at the same time when rolling in the OR. The new “Extra-Wide” model can be used for the transport of packages up to 950 x 600 mm.

Because the closed Stericart is equipped as standard with a side document holder (A4), the cart and its contents can be identified externally.
❱❱❱ Wheels
The transport trolley is equipped with four double Tente® swivel wheels with a diameter of 125 mm. Both wheels at the front have a brake and directional fixation. The wheels are equipped with a wheel hub on stainless steel ball bearings. The cars are equipped with four bumpers to avoid damage to walls or doors.
